I would not leave my love one in this facility, they don't care about the patients. they are rude and don't like to be questioned about the medication given to the patients and lastly allow the patients to be mean to other patients they're around. please don't send your loved ones here

Terrible place to take your love ones. Nurses are TERRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Nurses get mad and RUDE when you ask them what kind of medication they are giving the patient! They Do not take care of patients medical needs. Do not put your trust & health in the hands of this terrible place.

Tower Rehabilitation and Nursing Center located on Bond Street truly is a Blessing for my Dad. He has been there for about a month now and I have to say that the Staff are very, very good. I am sure that they treat all their patients well, but I have been there at least 26 of the 30 days and they have always shown their dedication, kindness, compassion and patience with him. Again, I’m sure they treat all their patients the same, but I am so grateful to witness firsthand of the care they provide. And to put the cherry on top, the Staff and especially Management have ALL been on point!!!

The professional nurses were caring and attentive. Especially Sima of Nepal; Caroline and several other nurses from the Continent of Africa were great. I did have one unpleasant and kind of scary experience with a male aid. That brought down the rating for the entire facility.
