Brent Young at Trinity Wellness Center is a very professional, competent, and thoughtful Physical Therapist. I significantly benefited from his treatment plan, and highly recommend him. He successfully treated one condition at TWC, and another at his previous employer. Brent has mastery of anatomy and physiology, as well as a seemingly endless set of treatment modalities for a wide range of conditions. It's hard to stump him - he's incredibly knowledgeable - and humble.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Ildi! I’ve been dealing with an injury for upwards of 8 months now and I feel like she’s one of the only (if not THE only) healthcare providers who has taken the time to listen to me and try to understand my situation. She’s passionate, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to on both a personal level and professional level. She’s the best! The front desk ladies are always wonderful as well!

Ildi Gaal was an answer to my prayers. I was not sure a total knee surgery was for me but due to the pain I was experiencing I decided to have the surgery. Then there was the PT and I was not looking forward to it. That was when I was blessed to have Ildi as my PT therapist. Her patience and positive approach put me at ease and the rest is history. She as made this experience a positive one and I look forward every week to seeing her and the progress we've made with my knee. The staff at Trinity are also a big part of the blessing. Always happy to see you and positive. I couldn't have been referred to a better place. So thank you Ildi and Trinity for getting this 81 year old through something she was dreading.

I have had a wonderful PT experience with Brent at Trinity Wellness. He is very knowledgeable, and experienced with advising me and working out my kinks. His recommended at-home exercises have also helped me quite a lot.
