I prefer no other surgeon to perform neurological work on me. I am having problems now that we talked about her do this next surgery.Both her and her staff explain everything to each patient. I most definitely refer her!

Dr Samuels treated me with upmost kindness!! She always took the time to explain everything from x-ray results to my Plan Of Care. She was always available to answer my questions and I never felt she did not have time to care for my concerns!! Would highly recommend her!!Her staff is also very friendly and helpful!!

BEWARE: Dr. Samuels ruined my life over 20 years ago when she did a neck fusion. I hope at some point in life she experiences what I've been going through over these many years. I was a Frankenstein experiment. She used a bone cadaver in my cervical. Then she dumped me after one follow up visit, after my surgery because I said I was still experiencing neck pain. She had her assistant tell me "That Dr. Samuels said there's no need to come back...there's nothing we can do for you". 😞 I searched for answers. The FDA told me that a bone cadaver is not FDA approved in the neck. It has disabled me. I would never recommend anyone to her. Never!

Sending her PA in to tell me I can’t have surgery on my neck until I have gone through (again) the pain clinics steroids injections didn’t sit right with me. It’s now been over a year and I’m unable to move my neck completely back, sideways or forward. The excruciating pain is taking a toll on my quality of life. This lady seriously has zero compassion for patients. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Victoria Samual’s …I felt that she saved my life when I had neck surgery. Before I had surgery I had the worst pain I have ever experience in my life. I had negative thoughts before the surgery because I was in sooo much pain. Today I’m doing great after the surgery to fused my neck.

I’ve had both hands repaired with carpal tunnel surgery by Dr. Samuels. She is very professional and explains the procedure with confidence. Dr Samuels and her wonderful staff, truly care about their patients and are very time efficient and approachable. I highly recommend the team at the Goldsboro Branch.

I first met Dr. Samuels at L&M Hospital in New London Ct. This was before she left to practice in NC. In a nut shell, she is the best. Always felt comfortable with her. The thing that stood out the most was the time she took with you. She is very kind and understanding. I wish she was still here. Karen Rowland

I absolutely loved Mrs. Sameul! She did my neck surgery back in 2011, and to this day I can still enjoy my life and work without any pain and without being on pain medication. I was living in Connecticut when she done my surgery. Now I'm back in my home state of Louisiana. I talk highly about her when I am asked about my how I feel after having neck surgery. She was very upfront and honest about everything, and she actually listens to you. Very happy with everything.
