Recently received my iron infusions at this location and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The front desk staff are always so kind and if I could request Nicole for all my infusions-- that would be the icing on top!! Keep up the fantastic work!!

My husband has colon cancer. Dr Chaudhry's team and the staff here are friendly and kind, making the best of a not fun situation. Nancy Garrett has been a particularly bright light with her sense of humor and willingness to listen! The infusion area is clean, they will bring you hot blankets if you ask, and light snacks are available. Still not where you would choose to be, but they make it as good as they can!

If you are terminally ill or just need to be seen. I beg you PLEASE don’t come to this location. The medical assistants are rude and the actual Doctor Veshana Ramiah, MD will NOT come into the room. Instead she I’ll write your discharge papers and post it in your MyChart As if she saw you. I lived here for 20ys, all of my Dr. are WakeMed and I NEVER!! Had to wait an hr after they called me back to the eval room. I NEVER Been treated like this. Please don’t come here.

My Cancer care team is awesome I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in Oct 2022 As of my last scan this week there is no Cancer. Praise the Lord Thank you Jesus for the people you placed in my life to take care of me I'm so happy and blessed Everyone has been wonderful in taking care of me.

Positive experience 5 stars. Dr. Kopparthy took my lab results seriously when I had to beg previous doctors to even review my labs to discuss what was going on. Finally I got a referral to WakeMed Hematology and was scheduled for iron infusions shortly after my initial visit. Each subsequent visit has been easy, comfortable and efficient. All staff are respectful, knowledgeable and on top of things. This is not an easy place for many patients to have to frequent but they do a good job making it comfortable and bright. I’m fortunate for their care as the infusions have made a huge and positive impact in my life at a very demanding time. I know others are there for much more serious treatments and I like to think they’re in the best hands. I wish every doctor would listen as Dr. Kopparthy does. She really made a difference during a hard time in my life just by listening, taking symptoms and labs seriously, treating my condition appropriately and acknowledging me as a human and not just another insurance claim like many other doctors do these days. Thank you for your care.
