Wakemed Hospitals's Online Review Report Card

After searching forever to find an open medical place at 7pm on a Monday, finally stumbled on this gem. They were open. Not too far away. Plus I was able to easily make an appointment online. After making the appointment, I followed the link to register online. (I'm sure that helped speed the in-office portion along.) That full process was about 25 minutes. We walked in, it was clean and bright, with nice artwork around. The staff member confirmed my daughter's name before we even touched the front desk. Before I could fully say "yep, that's us!" we were done. I mean. Front desk. Vitals. Questions. Stethoscope thing. Okay, you're outta here. It was extremely fast, but we didn't feel rushed at all! We interacted with three team members, and each were very polite. Thankful to have found them, really didn't want - or need - to visit the ER, but my schedule only gives me evenings to work with.

This place is AMAZING!!!!! Front desk staff and Dr. Adams are so friendly and caring. My son had an asthma attack and we came in at 7pm on a Sunday and they cared for him until after 11pm and we were able to avoid a trip to the ER. They went above and beyond to make sure we were both comfortable. My son had never loved going to the doctor but he said he liked it and even said he didn’t want to leave! I didn’t know a place like this existed and I’m so thankful for it!!! They are the best!

This place is some kind of special! Our daughter was seen this week for a virus and the entire experience from check in to time with the doctor was a dream. Everyone is so kind, patient, and spent tons of time with our child. The facility is super clean and really set up nicely for kids! All the things. Also, the sweetest woman, Barbara, helped me track down lab results by calling the lab directly for me and got me answers and promptly called to tell me. Barbara is a saint! This is the type of business we should all work to be like. Thankful for this place right here in Raleigh near the new Target which is a win win.

Urgent Care and they are absolutely SLOW ! I don’t understand how this can be called Urgent Care when nothing about the service we received is URGENT ! 45 mins later and STILL no doctor ! I will NEVER come here again nor will I recommend someone to come here ! You’re better off taking your child to an ER!

From start to finish, this place was wonderful. Dr Regan was extremely knowledgeable, a great listener and a thorough communicator. I was wowed by our experience here.

I was extremely impressed with this location. We had to bring my 5 year old son in for neck pain.The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming.The doctor was AMAZING! She is so great with kids and had my son laughing. It’s the next day and he just brought her up again, how funny she was.She was also great at explaining to my husband and I what was going on with my son.We will definitely be back if my son needs any urgent care.Plus he got a popsicle at the end of his visit. Which he was so happy about.Thank you to the staff here!

Wow! So impressed with everything at this urgent care. I felt seen and heard as a parent and my concerns were addressed and then some! My 1 yr old son was extremely calm the second we walked in and, despite being sick, I can tell he was comfortable there. Thank you all so much.

I’ve had to take my son here twice since they opened. Amanda has greeted us and checked us in both times. She’s so friendly and welcoming and really interacts with my son (and other children) so easily. You can tell she really enjoys what she does! Both of the doctors we have seen have been very thorough and friendly! I would highly recommend this office and thankful they have opened this location! They are great!!
