This place is so unprofessional The ladies who work the front desk are RUDE they will cancel your appointments without contacting you due to because they book too many on same day etc. do your JOB They will give a lame excuse for cancelingI will NOT be returning to this place The nurses act cluelessThey will give you the run around of why they canceled your appointment without your knowledge. I went here twice and both times the visits were rushed and I left with unanswered questions. After these visits I needed help with a pregnancy related issue and called the nurse there and she acted like I had never been there before even with confirmed name and birthdate. She said I had never had an “initial visit” even though I had been there twice and even had an ultrasound done there. I had all my records transferred to sentara OBGYN in south Boston and Dr. Abbott is amazing and very patient and helpful. Don’t waste your time at this place.

Amber took my Partners ultrasound who was calculated and estimated to be 8weeks but Amber measured at 6 weeks. My Partner was mislead to believe the date was miscalculated. However this was apparently not escalated to a M.D. immediately. Now fast forward 2 weeks during the 8 week check up and first OBGYN visit our baby is gone...Poor logistics at this place resulted in a devastating loss compounded from false hope and lack of communication. Be warned of this and just stay on top of them.
