Reidsville Primary Care's Online Review Report Card

I called this Dr. office requesting to be a new patient. Right out of the shoot the receptionist gave me a LIST of people they will not take. Basically if you have any current health issues they wont accept you as a new patient and they dont except the poor mans insurance either which I do not have The list went ON AND ON and she was well rehearsed at giving the speech. As a human being we ALL have health issues at one time or another thats why YOU NEED A DR. This practice is like Luke 1030 there are no Good Samaritans there. They suck Thanks for giving me an IN YOUR FACE of what to expect from this practice ABSOLUTLY NOTHING.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I was not even given a chance to be a patient because I was 10 minutes late to my first appointment and apparently that is against their policy. Keep in mind that they had already rescheduled my appointment because Dr. Nelson had an emergency the day of my initial appointment I was not rescheduled for another 2 weeks. also I had told the receptionist I had went to the wrong building but she head to reschedule me anyway because of my lateness so she did. 3 hours later another employee from the appointment department called me to tell me that I could not be seen by anyone at Reidsville Primary Care because I was late to my first appointment and that is against their policy and the receptionist had made a mistake rescheduling me again. I have serious medical issues that need to be addressed but they did not care at all. these people should not have gone into the medical profession because they certainly do not care about the well being of others.

I go there and i am truly satified. I love DR NELSON..

Nothing but good things. And trust me. I needed to see a Dr at the time. Very nice and friendly.

I am a patient there and the staff is rude and disrespectful. I was kept on hold for 8 minutes in which no one came back to the phone. I hung up and called right back only to be put on hold again. I have never seen a doctor where you can’t get worked in.......EVER I had to hang up and call back and was put on hold again to be told Dr. Nelson didn’t have any availability today and won’t have anything available until November. The few encounters I have had with Dr. Nelson was okay. She was very nice and listened but the people that work at that front desk sucks. Every single time I have called I have experienced the same thing. It’s no point in going to this place bc if something unexpectedly happens you won’t be worked in and have to spend money at an urgent care. What’s the point of having a primary physician if you can’t ever see them. They really need to check their staffs attitude because it’s terrible It is very unprofessional to keep someone on hold for that long and not come back and say something. I will be getting a new primary physician ASAP

Dr Nelson was great with my brother. She listened to all his problems and addressed them. She was very sensitive to all his needs and prescribed meds to help him. I recommed her to anyone.
