We just moved from out of state to Richlands, and we were so worried to find a good family dr , especially with my husbands medical condition, Kaylin and her staff accommodated all of our needs and then some. They made us feel welcomed , they were kind, professional. I would definitely recommend this office for any medical care. Thank you for helping us transition.

When the receptionist saw that I was in terrible pain she truly helped me by getting me an appointment within 2 hrs and also by being very empathetic! The doctor also tried to do her best considering my situation So overall a very positive experience! I would definitely go back if I need a doctor without going to the hospital where the wait can be endless!

Love the people here, they are always so kind and informative. Make me feel like I matter. They actually listen and make eye contact. I can say in all honesty this is by far best medical facility I've ever been to and that's due to the employees here!!

Was only prescribed 5 pills to fight a bad case of the gout now have to go pay another doctor in order to get better very unacceptable medical care.
