Ms. Kristin Henderson PAC is just awesome. She takes the time hear any and all questions or concerns then provide feedback. The kind of feedback that lets you know she cares. She goes above and beyond. She is so so patient. She makes your visit a pleasant visit.Ms. Cheryl Barns kudos to her as well she works with you on any issue and finds the best solution. She gets the job done in a timely manner.Dr. Holmes is the doctor of doctors hes just so friendly well educated and cares about his patients.These 3 really stand out but everyone at emergeortho is friendly

Very disappointed today with Dr. Moss fell work awhile back and it seems to have aggravated my pre existing back condition. I have pain all the time now In the beginning Dr. Moss did everything to help. Today he was more concerned with what workers comp field manager wanted done so he sent me to work basically to do the same job that causes the pain. Field manager Kelly Cox accomplished her mission of saving the insurance company money. I heard him tell someone to tell her to come back there before even coming back in with me. When he did come back in exam room he didnt want to hear nothing I had to say and got real nasty with me just like Keith got nasty about the samething on my visit with him. So if anybody has a workers comp injury know that they are on the side of the insurance company. Forget how you feel I use to love emergeothro not any more though.

Great Experience. They were able to work me in and give me the information and meds that I needed. Extremely grateful for the facility here in Roanoke Rapids. It saved me a lot of money and allowed me to get back to work sooner and gave me a clear view of what was going on with my body.
