Fast service

Made an appointment. They didn’t have the equipment they needed so why would you accept my appointment knowing what would be needed for it? Still was able to do part of what I needed…so that was ok. So I thought… Paid $199 as they indicated would be the full amount for what was done. Was told results would take 3-4 days. It’s been 8 days. No results. Received another bill for $90 for no apparent reason (no explanation on the bill). I don’t recommend going here. They’re not prepared. Don’t know how much anything costs then will charge you more later. Plus, the new technology they have where you sign up to access your records online…also, don’t have access to that yet I am using the exact same email that I signed up with. I won’t be back and do not recommend anyone else visiting here. If you do…be prepared to not get what you need, to overpay, then have a delay or maybe never receive results of what you needed. You’ve been warned. Go elsewhere.

My experience here was not great at all. The doctor took forever to come in the room and she didn’t even examine me she just gave me a shot , wrote a prescription and sent me on my way. Then to make matters worse I ended up having to go to the hospital because the medicine she gave me didn’t even work and I waited the allotted time for it to take effect. So in all honesty they owe me $100.00 because nothing was done and money was wasted.

I sat in the office for over an hour and didn’t get seen I had an appointment on to of this so I had left and I had to pay a co pay and did not get the money back

Arrived for a physical around 11. Did not make it to the back until a little past 1. It was not many people in there initially. However, I was called to the back after 9 individuals went in front of me. I was handed 1 piece of paper work at a time. When at other fast meds they collect all of the paperwork at once. This allowed several individuals to go before me. Next, I forgot my eyeglasses which was my fault. I drove almost hour and 30 to get my glasses and was told when I return all I had to do was the eye test so I could come directly to the back. When I returned it was no one in there. And I was told to wait again for an additional 20 minutes. Organization, and time management is at an all time low here.

My partner is a fisherman. Occasionally, he has accidents while fishing, such as getting a hook through his finger. As I have medical experience, we attempted to remove without numbing...thankfully, they were open and managed to get the hook out. They numbed him, cut the hook, pulled out, and stitched. Fast and friendly. My partner was grateful for their assistance and so was I. Thank you for taking such great care of him! If you're in a bind and can't access emergency care, this is a great solution. Highly recommend for great customer service and care.
