If you are thinking about going here, just save yourself the stress and time and DON’T GO!The atmosphere is so gloomy and uncomfortable.The receptionist are not welcoming at all. It almost feels as if they don’t want you there. There are new Doctors every year. As soon as you get comfortable (and with the awful dynamics of this clinic, I use “comfortable” loosely) with one person going up your private area, here comes a whole new man you have to get familiar and comfortable with every 6 months- a year. The nurses and receptionist are very loud and unprofessional. Their conversations are very inappropriate for the workplace. And God forbid you ask the Doctor any questions concerning your health or for medical advice because he will be ignore you and just try to get you out of the office. The office used to genuinely care about the community, and it’s patient’s when Dr. McDonald was there now we’re just being rushed in and out and not taken care of like we deserve to be. I will be changing my Doctor this week and finding an office that is compassionate, teaches/informs, & genuinely takes care.

I have two appointments with this facility and both times I taken time off work and had to wait over an hour to be seen. I saw someone before reschedule due to waiting. As a grad student for HMA- this is NOT efficient, timely care. It’s the complete opposite. But with only 2 gynecologist within 45 mins—it’s ridiculous.
