We checked in at 845 pm with a 75 year old patient. He has Parkinsons COPD aNd multiple other health issues. It is now 1045 pm and we are still waiting to be taken to a room. Meanwhile at least 45 people who came in after us have been placed in a room already. Absolutely zero sense of urgency.

Dr. Quinn is a wonderful Dr. however his wife and his staff Melonie are very rude and disrespectful to new employees. Melanie treated my sister very rude and my sister was only there for a month. Meme Dr. Quinns wife excused Melanies behavior and it was so bad it made my sister cry. Do not work for this office if you value respect and professionalism. Dr. Quinns wife even brought up my sisters past places of employment as a way to belittle her in the failed mediation that meme orchestrated.

As is more and more often the case the cafeterias in the local hospital are one of the best places in town to eat. This is certainly the case in Rockingham. After eye surgery we asked for recommendations from staff and they assured us of the cafeterias quality. I had previous experience with other First Health facilities so readily tried it. The experience was all one could ask for. Delicious food both nourishing and healthful clean and attractive surroundings and friendly staff. Whats not to like?
