I have been going to see Dr. Jeff kern for over 10 years. He is great and he is the ONLY reason I was continuing to go there. I will be changing doctors just because of his front desk staff. I went earlier this year for a yearly exam and I brought my 4yr old child. They did not tell me ahead of time children were not allowed due to covid so when we showed up they told me I had to leave my 4YEAR OLD CHILD alone in the waiting room or somewhere else because he was not allowed back. I told them I was not leaving my child alone they then got an attitude and were rude. I told them to either reschedule me or let us both back. Jeff had no problem and took us both back. They will argue with you if they think they are right. They have no sympathy and are just plain out rude at the desk. I have told them about my concern with the desk staff and they just said they get a lot of complaints about them but nothing is done. I will be finding a new doctor strictly because the desk staff. If you can over look rudeness and them simply not caring about anyone but themselves at the desk then once you make it to Jeff he will be worth it. Enough is enough for me though. Sorry Jeff

The physician is amazing but the staff wants to be more than what they are. They are intrusive and rude. They hate to pass information to the doctor and they are liars.

I recently had a very bad uper repertory issue that Richmond first health hospital could not find in Emergency facilities. I went 3 more weeks haveing trouble breathing I was able to see doctor kern I feel that he saved my life with antibiotics and steroids I will for ever be in his debt..he has Resent ly takem on a new colege Ernest Tameze he is also awsome.
