Dr. Bassett Shaftoe was very thorough. She took the necessary time to discuss the problems that I was experiencing, identified the issue and taken appropriate steps to resolve my problem.

As my establish patient visit, I found the clinic, support staff, and doctor very accommodating. Despite my leg being in a cast, Dr. Shaftoe still did a thorough exam, covered all questions I had, and after going over my medications was able to make an immediate change and refill another. As my first visit I was very impressed and comfortable with Dr. Shaftoe’s patient care and level of expertise.

Dr. Bassett-Shaftoe has been my primary physician for over 8 years. Whenever I’ve needed to see her for answers to a painful symptom, she has been able to see me as quickly as possible. With her habitual efficiency, she usually pinpoints the root cause of my particular ailment and refers me to a specialist if need be. While running all labs or X-rays that confirm her initial diagnosis, I have no doubt I’ll be on the right path to recovery. Dr. Bassett - Shaftoe is truly one of the best in her field and I’m grateful to be one of her patients.
