PORT in Rocky Mount is the most professional, competent and compassionate mental health and substance use (recovery) facility that I have ever dealt with. Every encounter with the people at this facility, be it in person or over the phone, has been very positive. There's a genuine care and concern from the staff that their clients get the best services and support to help them stay committed to their mental/emotional well-being and to stay committed to their recovery and sobriety. If anyone finds themselves in a situation without insurance and at the same time wants help with these issues, I would highly recommend contacting PORT in Rocky Mount. I can't say enough good things about how we have been treated. Thank you, everyone, at PORT. You do an awesome job.

This place is trash.They make using and relapse very easy.Very wreckless with prescriptions.Active addiction was easier to deal with.
