I usually have a great experience here but this time, arrived as scheduled and when checking in, front desk person ( Brenda) tells me the hygienist called out and they will have to fit me in with another one. When asked what the eta would be, her response was, “I don’t know. I have you checked in. You can have a seat over there.” She then pointed to the area I should sit in. Very unlike my usual experience. Fortunately, the wait time was not long at all but Brenda’s poor customer service was concerning to say the least.

Dr. Lee is my favorite, and he’s so concerned with his patients. 11/10 dentist, and all of their staff is amazing!

My team was Amazing! Everyone was so friendly. I will definitely be see Dr.Lee, Kira and Lisa again! They were so professional and shared all the information I needed to go forward with my plan of care!

I went here for the first time and had a great visit. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. I was told I might have to wait since I was an overflow patient, but I was seen pretty quickly. The office was clean and well kept. Overall, it was a very good experience. A big thank you to Brenda for being so friendly and making my visit even better!

All staff from check-in to the procedures to information was great Dr yu was so gentle and Ms. Rasheeda was the best hygienist ever! Love it !they are very have a great bedside Manner and wonderful and knowledgeable about insurance information. They fit me in and didn't miss a beat. However if only knew whet insurance would cover periodontal cleanings!
