Very nice staff and Dr. Resner is the best!! thanks to the hygienist because he said: I'm going to put your chair back now. that means a lot to a PTSD patient and the dental assistance who is a multi tasker to the nth degree (good at it, too) with that said I am def coming back to get my raggedy mouth rejuvenated

The staff is so professional and provides great service and they make the visit fun and interesting. They are down to earth good people!

I appreciate that some one took the time to go check on us after I had put a bad review. Thanks for putting the effort to fix things. Even though the wait was long before the procedure, the procedure was done fast and made my daughter comfortable.

I spoke with the patient coordinator (Cary location) multiple times to arrange an appointment for my daughter, who requires sedation. Since we couldn’t secure a March date (full), we agreed on a date in April. She sent several emails with treatment plans, but I missed a QR code in one of the attachments that was apparently required to finalize the booking. Unfortunately, no one followed up to confirm or flag that anything was incomplete. When I called regarding her scheduled date, I was stunned to learn that the appointment had never actually been booked. They are now only able to offer a date that's another month away. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through, and overall very frustrated/stressed with this experience.

I have had experiences with Riccobene caring for my late wife in the past and I had no problem using them for my own care. Have found them to be about as professional as a provider can be, especially with the explanation regarding billing and the forth coming procedure. Thank you,

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I scheduled a routine cleaning online and promptly completed all requested forms, including insurance and contact information. Despite that, I was contacted multiple times before the appointment asking for the same details and to reconfirm information I had already provided. I even had to personally follow up, twice, with my previous dentist to send X-rays. On the day of my appointment, the office doors were still locked just minutes before opening, with a crowd of patients waiting outside. Once inside, I was told my X-rays hadn’t been received and that I would need to pay out of pocket for new ones. After pushing back and contacting my previous dentist again, the X-rays finally came through, making that request unnecessary. I was then taken back, asked to repeat the same intake answers AGAIN, and eventually and briefly examined by the dentist, who had no concerns. I was sent to another room for the cleaning, only to be told there were no hygienists available. After paying a copay and spending 1 hour and 40 minutes there, I still did not receive the cleaning I scheduled. The only rescheduling options were later that same day or months out. This office is disorganized, inefficient, and showed a complete lack of respect for my time. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere if you expect a straightforward, professional visit.

Upon my daughter being called to the back today, I walked to the door so I could privately tell the employee that my daughter had been complaining about a certain tooth. As I am walking towards the employee she is repeatedly saying “I got her mom, I got her mom”. Please note that I am aware that parents are not allowed in the back anymore. After I explained to the employee that I was only coming to make her aware of the tooth that my daughter had been complained about. The employee replied in a tone that I didn’t appreciate “Well we were going to do an X-ray anyway”. I did not appreciate being treated and talked to like I was incompetent, when I was merely trying to make them aware of a concern.

Always a pleasure seeing everyone @ both locations. My kids goes to Oakwood & I go to Sunset! 💕
