I injured my right knee while grocery shopping! FastMed assessed it, gave me a diagnosis and a treatment on a Sunday!!!! Thank you for everyone’s attention!

I set up a virtual to spare the time for travel and lobby wait. Very convenient. The PA, however, was very dry and didn't ask many questions..I ended up requesting a different antibiotic which he agreed to. He prescribed two other meds and didn't tell me..one of them I will take. Make it more personal and ask more questions. I get that it was a simple issue but virtual shouldn't change beside mannerism nor should a clinician rush through it.

Took my daughter to be seen yesterday without registering online and we were in and out within an hour all without loosing the care and compassion. Wonderful customer service. Thanks for helping my little girl out.
