Came in for a simple urinalysis. After waiting for almost an hour, I had to relieve myself. Ask staff how much longer they expect the wait to be, “Well much longer now because you just went to the restroom.” Wild. Great representation of “healthcare professionals.” Couldn’t imagine paying any money to this place. Go somewhere with respectful staff. Edit: After an hour and a half wait I was seen by a lovely, most courteous nurse who apologized for the wait and misunderstanding with the receptionist. The wait was due to staffing issues which isn’t a big deal. Communication/courtesy on the front end can easily alleviate unnecessary stress.

Went for a free physical per my insurance. was billed for extra stuff and was not told it wasnt not covered under my insurance..kinda shady if u ask me..been disputing the charges for months now..i doubt ill be going back

Go somewhere else. They really don't want everyone's business, even if you have full insurance coverage. Went in for an emergency appointment, well apparently those are reserved for anyone but my family. Went to Fast Med and was in and out in 30 minutes.

This is a very poor practice, in a very underserved area, unfortunately. Office staff behaves unprofessionally, confidentiality violations abound, med refills are not submitted promptly. When I went there, billing mistakes were constantly made, including overcharges. I found my first provider to be a delightful person, but when I was forced to see the "owner" (she mentioned that fact several times during our appointment), I found her to be abrasive and rude. The photo of her above must be many, many years old.

My whole family goes here. Top notch providers giving excellent care. I actually feel like they CARE about me at RFM. Imagine that! Plus, the healthcare providers at RFM teach medical and physician-assistant students from Duke, so you KNOW they must be smart and up-to-date on current medical knowledge. Five stars.

I have been a patient at RFM since its start in Roxboro, NC. The medical staff has always been very caring and willing to take the time necessary to make me feel comfortable. I really appreciate all they have done for our community. The front office staff always is polite and professional. Even though there has been many changes to the office staff and medical staff over the many years they have been in Roxboro, the ownership has seemed to always make maintaining a giving back to, caring, competent and professional staff their main priority. Thanks for the effort and care you have provided me and my family over the years!!!

WONDERFUL primary care practice! I have been going here ever since it was built. I have been seeing Tami Lee for many years. Her and the rest of the providers are absolutely wonderful to me and my family. I am always well taken care of!!! Thank you so much Roxboro Family!
