This place is horrible! Drug them up, and very little food given to patients. Nurses will not answer calls for help when called for assistance. They will just hang the phone up when you call to check on your relative. Trying our best to get our loved one out of that dump!One nurse told our relative that they would be there til they die!!!! Shame on them! That is verbal abuse. I always thought that nurses should be kind, but not so at wr.

I needed to place a loved one in a skilled nursing facility on short notice. Cammy was very kind and helpful. There was a little confusion regarding my loved ones insurance coverage, but Cammy got their accounting department involved and the problem appears to be solved. In such a stressful time it was nice to have someone offering a solution.

This place is horrible they never answer there phone calls when u call . And when I leave a message they do not tell my mom to call me. They really need to straighten up I’m really tired of it
