The receptionist was a sweetheart the nurse and PA were rude and disrespectful. As I’m explaining to Jenny the PA with the nasty attitude about my injury she was like what!!! With an attitude then when explained it again she said that I needed an X-ray so I said ok. Now going to other facilities with my service dog to have an X-ray has never been a problem. She says well what are you going to do with that so I said with what she says the dog. I then say well if someone can just hold his leash once they are ready to take the actual picture then it’s ok. She says no we will not so I say what is the issue so she says well we’re not babysitting that dog soooooo. I then respond and say well there isn’t a need to babysit him since he is a service dog, I’ve been here for three or more hours with you knowing I needed an X-ray because I informed you my reason for being here was for an X-ray so why didn’t anyone say something before this. My mother was there with me when I first arrived and had left. Before all of this the dumb nurse saw me with my dog, his dog bag, and my umbrella and didn’t offer any assistance. Not being funny but I’m the only African American here and the practitioner and nurse treated my very differently than the other patients here. If I had know I would be treated disrespectfully I NEVER WOULD’VE WASTED MY TIME.

Staff great Went with Flu symptoms Covid test came back positive. Was hospitalized for 7 days with Covid 1-1/2 years back. I am felling bad that’s why I am at the Office. After receiving positive test results my comment was what medicine can you give for Covid. Dr replied I do not prescribe the Covid meds. I am floored I could have stayed at home and continued treating symptoms with out Dr visit. The rub here is I was in the hospital for 7 days. No way I am going set around and wait for things to get worse. So I called tell doc and they proscribed the meds I needed. Ok get gets crazy now: I received an text from the state of NC about my positive test results with a link to to same medication for Covid I was seeking. And you need to take it 3 to 5 day after first symptoms. So I ask you this ? Would you wait around and see if you get sicker? Or Take medicine that prevents you from being hospitalized? So I may be able to understand the Dr point if I was 18 and not hospitalized in the past. I will never go back.
