This Hospital needs a very SERIOUS ClLEAN UP THE NURSES STAFF SOMETIMES ARE VERY RUDE THEY FORCE IVC PEOPLE HERE AND CAN GET A TRUE REASON WHY TBEY DONE SO THEYRE ER WAIT IS ALWAYS MORE THAN 35 HOURS UNTIL THE SALISBURY POST WROTE HOW LONG TBEY WAITED ONE DAY 10 HOURS NO ONE CARED ABOUT THE PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE WAUT THEY SERCURITY STAFF DOES KNOW THE LAWS AND NEEDS A CLASS ON RACIAL INSENSITIVE ISSUE AND THE LAWS OF WHAT THEY CAN AND CAN NOT DO AS SERCURITY OFFICERS NOVANT HEALTH IS A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY YOU GUYS NEEDS TO DO BETTER AND IT IS NOT ILLLEGAL TO FILM OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOSPITAL SO PLEASE LET YOUR SERCURITY OFFICERS KNOW THIS AND IF YOU DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING TO HIDE THEY SHOULD FEEL FREE TO VIDEO INSIDE AS WELL BEING THAT YOUR STAFF BRAKES HIPPA LAWS IN YOUR ER WAITING AREA 662021 WAS THE DATE THIS HAPPENED TO ME

This is absolutely THE WORST HOSPITAL IVE EVER I was forced into a IVC and tranquilized against my will all of it is on the Hospital videos but theyre given me the run around about the investigation the staff is rude the wait is always between 6 to 10 hours via Salisbury Post news paper Novant health this places needs an over haul Fast they broken my Hippo on 662021 this place needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP

I was very satisfied with the care I received. I was taken in by ambulance and started receiving treatment immediately for non covid pneumonia I was transferred to a regular room and the entire care team took excellent care of me I couldnt have asked for better

I was really upset with the process to get seen in the ER. I waited 9 hours just to have to leave and go somewhere else. I was suffering from an allergic reaction to alcohol. I was shaking sweating I had rashes up and down my arms and vomiting. I don’t expect to get seen immediately but 9 hours to still not have my name called is ridiculous.

Process took way too long and Novants decision to cut nonvaccinated staff is reaping unhappy results with ER patients due to wait times. The wait was so painful [12 hrs in ER]. That is a long time to sit in straightback chairs and also long time from getting test done to having results shared with the patient. Coordinating with family for pick up etc. was nearly impossible. The ER bathroom back area needs to be cleaned regularly as it was fairly nasty most of my hours spent there [urinepaper scraps. I WAS IMPRESSED the Drs careful review at the end of the visit for diligence in order to understand all the moving parts to provide sound consultation. Please help to improve how you communicate Whats Next with your patients as i had no understanding from event to event what was next and some estimate to expect an update. If this isnt addressed your competition will eat you up or patients will go elsewhere whenever they possibly can.

3mths after my miracle son was born he went unresponsive started having multiple sezuires. They already had arranged for us to be air lifted to Levine Children Hospital within 30min of arriving. After my son had 37 sezuires coded 3x and finally at Levines Children Hospital.. He under went 3 Brain surgeries shunt placed in his head. Turns out his PEDs Dr who had been telling me for 3mths my baby was just a lazy baby when I constantly questioned why he wouldnt look any other way but left.. Nope turns out Thanks to the wonderful Drs and nurses at Levines.. My son had a very Rare Bleeding Brain Tumor taking up 50% of his Brain and a cyst under that taking up 35%.. I thank God and Levines Children Hospital every single day for Saving My Sons life

Everyone at this hospital couldn’t have been more knowledgeable kind. From the front desk preop area then surgery afterwards. I never felt alone nor neglected. Amazing team of nurses my Neurosurgeon Anesthesiologist were a 10+. Cannot say enough about my care throughout my surgery.

Don’t go here if you gave COVID19 I was in the ED for a week no Iv fluids only a Ipap machine and hardly no food They even told my wife several times he’s not doing good and not going to make it We’ll by the grace of God And the Nurses on the 3rd and 4th floors I’m alive.

Stayed at this hospital for three months and I was well cared for.

Clean...nice people..nice place to be in the hospital
