I seem to get appointments on days they have “over scheduled or understaffed”. A very frustrating experience EVERY TIME I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.

Nice and efficient staff in the front office. I was asked to pay more than what I knew was my responsibility for the procedure but I just told them and they reluctlantly took the lower amount. It is their job to collect patient responsibility at the time of visit otherwise they probably will never see the payment. Wait time was a bit long but I think they do the best they can with the equipment they have and the appointments they schedule. Sometimes other procedures run over and that backs everything up. Doctor that came in to go over results was kind and informative answered all questions.

I had a breast ultrasound today here and was very pleased with the service. I did have to pay around 270$ upfront but that was gone over with me prior to the visit with a phone call. The front desk receptionist was very friendly. I was very very nervous about this appointment but was never made to feel uneasy with staff. The girl who did my ultrasound was very informative and kind. The radiologist was amazing Very thorough. He made sure to look at any area I had a concern about and scan for himself and I felt like he took each concern seriously. This was also the only center with an appointment available until the end of January and I feel it was worth the drive. Highly recommend. I was seen quickly treated well and felt they did a great job overall.
