List of Wake Forest Baptist Health's Reviews
The shortest, least thorough examination I've ever experienced.
Dr case didn't take my pain level seriously enough and sent me home pain I should of went to doctor who did my first knee replacement I wouldn't recommend Dr case to no one
Dr. Z is a really nice and calm Dr. He likes to get as much details about how you feel, where your pain is, how bad it hurts, and trying to help in any way ge can. His staff is really awesome and have senses of humor. He also brings in med students to help them learn; which I think is quite nice of him. He also explains well what he is doing to you and the med student shadowing him.
Wont listen to anything I have to say I had outpatient surgery and im in extreme pain the nest day I was expected to travel to a follow up appointment if that was the case they should have kept me overnight. I can't get out of bed my leg is bleeding my best choice is calling an ambulance from home and following up with a totally different clinic that will help me!
The doctor's and nurses are amazing!!
I recently had to come to Salisbury Ortho, due to a fractured knee cap. The "PA" I saw was nice and helpful, plus they got me in on short notice. The reason for the 3 star review, however, is the fact that I voiced my concern about a brace as the one given to me by another place was very uncomfortable. They assured me that they would get me set up with a nice one that would be easy to use and much more comfortable... That was false. The gentlemen that came and "fitted" me for the brace was super nice, however, did not come close to getting the brace to fitting correctly. It literally fell off of my leg to the ground as soon as I got back to work... Now in order for it to stay on, I have to have it SUPER tight around the leg (to the point it is leaving bruises on my leg). Very disappointed, especially because now I am going to be billed for a brace that is total junk and painful to wear!
I recently visited this orthopedic office to get my ankle checked out as I've been having a cute ankle pain I live in Lexington but was willing to drive to this orthopedic because of the good reviews on Google When I 1st called to set the appointment they asked if I had insurance I said no and asked how much the deposit would be to be seen then she looked at my record said I owed past hospital bills and that she would have to talk to her supervisor to make sure it would be ok to set me a appointment but the deposit would be a $100 so I said OK that's fine I would be OK paying that. She checked with her savior visor and I had to pay an extra $25 For some past hospital bills Long story short I visited the orthopedic 3 days later the lady behind the counter was very professional and very nice However while I was waiting in the Room to be seen i heard the orthopedic and the nurse over talking the orthopedic said he needs xrays and he self payed to aint he Saying it as if I was a bargain and they wasnt Expecting to get their money. Then they took me for x-rays I said everything lookd good As I figured because I've never thought I'd really broken my ankle or anything like that. The orthopedic comes in the Room fills my ankle for like one minute and said I probly strained it and need physical therapy and then says but you can't afford physical therapy so here is a pamphlet ofexercises for you to do. And told me to not set a appointment again and don't come back because there's no point of you coming back in 6 mont's being that you're ok by then I literally wanted to say this is a joke who tells a patient to not come back to their office bottom line is before arriving at this office I went to the wrong address I went to the Orthopedic across the road and that office was packed this office however was me and 1 elderly lady Sounds like to me this company is more worried about the bottom line than there patiences.I wasn't gonna leave a review as its already been 2 weeks but after visiting a orthopedic in Winston-Salem yesterday my right ankle is severely stretched and the tenants may need surgery.
Dr. Steele is one of the best doctor i have ever meet ...he's wonderful ...that man told me what was wrong with me becore ever did an x-ray or ran any test ...and he has a wonder bed side manner and straight to the point at the same time ....a very rare and unique combination.
We have driven over 1.5 hours each way to see Dr. Bullock for total joint replacement (hip). He is leaving the practice so we won't make this drive any more. To now, the staff has been friendly, appointments were timely, he was informative and did his job well. Not sure what the future holds for this practice.
Dr Bullock was awesome!!! He listened to me and explained everything at my level!! He was great!! Look forward to seeing him again! I am confident that he will help me get out of this pain!! He's a very intellengent doctor!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
