I was a little worried about what the visit would be because the phone etiquette was lacking when making the appt and the two follow up calls but the woman that checked me in was super amazing! Then Dr. C was great and friendly and made me feel comfortable - I have a fear of being trapped but I felt fine sitting in the booth. Checking out was a breeze and she worked with me to make the follow up appt when it would work with my schedule. My husband is now going to make an appt since it was such a great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr Bright well over 10+ years but this year has been particularly challenging as my hearing lost has increased. For over nine months Dr Bright and I have been working to find the most suitable hearing aide for my particular problem. After numerous visits and trying different brands and styles we finally found the best solution for me. There were times I was in tears with the frustration of the whole ordeal, but Dr Bright and her staff were extremely patient, kind and understanding. They always listened to my concerns and did their best to resolve them. Their goal was always to make sure my needs were meet, that I was comfortable with my decision and happy with my choice. Dr Bright understands that for a hearing impaired person, a good pair of hearing aides are a 'life line' for them.

I had an evaluation of hearing loss and long term tinnitus. Dr Bright did an extremely detailed diagnostic evaluation of both, and then explained the results and therapeutic options excellently. Everyone, including the doctor was friendly and helpful, in a lovely Southern way of putting the "care" into health care. I would recommend this audiology practice to anyone, but especially to fellow veterans, many of whom suffer from both hearing loss and tinnitus caused by toxic noise exposure during their service. Dr Bright really "gets" veterans!

My first time getting hearing aids. These folks definitely know what they are doing. I always thought I couldn't hear because I wasn't paying attention. Found out differently. I didn't boo-hoo but I did tear up when I could have a conversation without looking at the person's mouth or face. I'm excited about hearing.

This was my husband's first time having his hearing tested at Bright Audiology. He didn't know what to expect but after meeting with Dr. Angela Bright, he felt comfortable right away. She treated him with the utmost professionalism that anyone could possibly asked for. She was very patient with him and explained in detail about the process of the test. Thank you Bright Audiology!

Everyone at Bright Audiology was amazing. Booking the appointment was very simple. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, from insurance to the type of hearing tests they preformed. Every question was answered. Dr. Bright was wonderful, patient and very thorough. We learned a lot at the appointment and look forward to a long relationship with this practice. I highly recommend them to everyone for any of your hearing needs.
