The location had plenty of parking and a clean and quiet waiting room. Check-in was easy peasy. The clinical team was helpful, efficient and pleasant. I would definitely use them again!

I needed medical attention asap with my children. Corey was open arms welcome as soon as we entered and sick not feeling well and having crying children!! My children loved him.. he was very professional quick and still attending to my children when they were beyond difficult. The tech and pa did a great job thank you very much. I will definitely be coming back… thanks so much! ❤️

Buena atención por parte de la recepcionista, hay una que habla español puedes llegar sin tener inglés, hay que llevar una identificación y tambien atienden aunque no tengas seguro, dicen que la espera en promedio es de 1 hora y media, pero en mi caso fue de 15 minutos, te ayudan con la traducción con el doctor en caso de no hablar ingles, en general estuvo bien. Una buena experiencia

Sara, the primary care provider here is AMAZING. She's personal, thorough, I feel comfortable with her and telling her about my health and I feel listened to here, in a way I don't experience at most dr offices. The upfront staff is friendly, personal and efficient they always call me back within just a few minutes of arriving. Even my triage nurse is phenomenal, never making any of the questions they have to ask awkward and very friendly. I love coming here. I'm thankful for the strep throat I had a few weeks ago...who knew an urgent care visit could turn into finding the primary care dr of your dreams LOLOLOL Thank you Fastmed!

The guy at the front office was nice and polite. But the Nurse was very distant, uncaring, didn’t care for my father’s issue and pretty much shooed us away with a frown. We went there to get my Dad’s leg wound cleaned and bandaged. The nurse said to the front office guy that she didn’t feel comfortable to treat my Dad and wanted us to go to the ER. For a wound dressing? She said they don’t dress wounds there. She didn’t even come close to see my Dad’s leg, she stood behind the counter and hollered at me so I came closer. This place left a bad bad taste in my mouth. This nurse just didn’t want to treat anymore patients and wanted to go home as it was Easter Sunday. I left here upset and sad that my parents didn’t live in Apex where we would get better care at the urgent cares there. Absolutely no bedside manner.

We were in and out quickly. Check in was smooth. Fastest urgent care I have been to in a long time. The provider showed genuine concern (Shannon) and explained the diagnosis and plan thoroughly. We will certainly go again if something urgent comes us.
