The tramway location sucks. Very slow poor attitudes. Waited two plus hours just to get a covid test this time. Last time I was here same attitudes and waited to be seen even though I was the only patient.

I arrived in the parking lot. I called the number in excess of 20 times with no answer all the while watching them serve people who had just pulled up When we finally got through after 30 minutes of both my husband and I calling they said its because they only take one call at a time and obviously have no clue how to answer and put people on hold. Basically you get served if you get lucky enough to have them actually answer your call I am beyond disappointed with this set up as the old way of serving people as they come was way better

Visit was quick and worth it

I went to this small lovely place in Sanford “Tramway “ and was treated with such dignity I came in feeling defeated from previous providers and left there feeling validated . I was spoken to with care and a tremendous amount of knowledge for my situation. I am truly grateful for my Nurse and PA . I would have hugged them all but under the circumstances I wasn’t able to . Didnt feel very personable. Felt like I was being rushed out the door without quality treatment. Nurse seemed new at her job. When I called for a prescription Amber was very short and hung up on me. She also insisted that I drive 30 minutes to come pick up the prescription in person instead delivering it via fax or email.

Professional detailed and excellent care.

This is my third time having to visit this location and I can honestly say each person you encounter truly wants to do what they can to help you. From the moment you are greeted to the nurse that brings you back to the doctor you see they listen to what you tell them and help diagnose what you need to make you better. I have told all of my family and friends to go here especially this past week since it seems everyone I encounter has sinus or allergy issues. It is a walk in and timing is based on that once I was in and out in about twenty minutes and another time it took an hour but they were willing to check and see what the wait time was at their other location I chose to stay but I love that they gave me options. I will be back.
