I started off at another local urgent care but was not able to stay since they required appointments. I drove to First Health with my son and was able to get him signed in immediately. We sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes before we were called back. The NP or PA not sure which was personable and thorough. It was a great experience and will be my new goto for urgent care even though its a bit further afield from where I live. Thank you

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience here. Dan was absolutely the most caring and compassionate as well as thorough physician I’ve ever had. I had experienced a terrible day of pain and fear and he went above and beyond to address my issue and concerns. I will not only recommend him to everyone I know but I am making this Office my primary care From the front desk to the back it was the best experience I’ve ever had as a patient I truly cannot thank this Office enough You guys rock

If you need health care this is the place to go. The whole staff from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were so kind and caring They had such a great sense of humor which made the whole atmosphere a great place. Thanks to all for your wonderful health care

Waited here til 115 for covid test here since 421 THIS IS RIDICULOUS THEY CHOOSE AND PICK WHO TO GO FOR FIRST THEY ARE RASCITS AND DISCRIMINATE PEOPLE Nobody wants to wait for a COVID test either Karen

I came in late Saturday evening. Was seen quickly by helpful staff. I had a question the following Monday about picking up my prescription. The nurse called the pharmacy and called me back to confirm details. She was super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend

The only reason why I gave them 1 star is because it doesnt give me an option to give them 0.Rude. Dont treat you like a human being if you want to get tested for covid. Than tell you to wait in the car for them to answer your phone call which they dont. Figure out a new system and start treating ppl like ppl.

I tried calling to make an appointment for a covid testing and the lady in the other line was extremely rude. Wish I could give you no stars. Please teach your employees how to talk with respect. It’s not that hard.

What a terrible staff. I called made an appointment. The staff confirmed I had a referral. When I arrived for my appointment they wouldn’t see me because the name changed when they changed locations. Complete waste of time. Totally unprofessional service
