I love Dr.Grider. She is wonderful with teenagers. She talks directly to each of my teens and asks them pertinent questions, such as exercise, activities, likes, dislikes, school, grades, depression etc. She is very thorough. She takes her time with each of them. She has a wonderful bedside manner. I wish more doctors would have her personality and smarts.

She is the best doctor I have witnessed in years! My 16 year old son went to her this month & she was the most caring doctor I have ever seen. My 16 year old is very hard to get to smile & she made him smile! She was great & took her time - never giving me the feeling we were just a number & I appreciate that!
