2 stars at best. I got an ad in the mail about this office accepting new patients. I called Tues. Dec.5th, and pretty much daily until Tues. Dec. 12th. Each time I was told someone would call me back. Finally gave my information only to be told they would have to check my insurance and call back if they could book something. 😅 When she did call back she was pushing for an afternoon appointment on Mon. Jan. 8th. I explained that Wednesday was better for me and the morning appointments. She then says I have to go to Fayetteville because you can only see a PMC on Monday in Sanford. 🙄🙄 They need to get a better office staff/phone service.

Since Dr Bunao has moved to this office, I have not been happy. Poor communication, I cancelled by phone an appointment in June and now they are billing me for no show. In addition our primary care Doctor is Dr. Bunao and we received a bill of other Doctor in Prana Health that we didn't saw him. I have a billing problem. I am very disappointed and will be finding a new doctor.

Since Dr Bunao has moved to this office, I have not been happy. Poor communication in getting prescription refills and now I have a billing problem. I’m not a fan of CCH and was initially excited for the move, but I am very disappointed and will be finding a new doctor.

(Dr. Bunao's) used to be a very efficient team, until Dr. Bunao transferred to Prana, staff are very unprofessional. they open their clinic later than advertised, nurse's lack bedside manner. I wish Dr. Bunao would go back and have his own clinic back, there's no more personal touch. Will start looking for a new PCP! - Marcus P.

Went there today. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes. No one was there. So I called while I was in the lobby and no one answered. They advertise as an Urgent Care facility. Interesting.

Few days ago, I went to Sanford for business meeting. Suddenly felt pain in stomach. Then I searched for urgent care clinic & found Prana Health near me. The doctor gave me good advice and treated me. After some time my stomachache got cured. Thanks Prana Health :)

The visit was good as well as seeing Dr.Banau. What I don’t like is my fiancé went for blood work and it’s now 3 weeks in and we have yet to get any results back. I am constantly having to call these people, there was a young lady who was at the front desk checking people in when we went, but somehow she doesn’t answer calls I guess. When I call I get these 3rd party groups who have to try to reach out to the office and they don’t get no response either. A patient should NEVER have to chase their PCP down for blood work!! That is terrible service in itself! Not pleased at all

Constantly changing when and who can do Allergy shots. Currently looking for another doctors office has someone consistently there to do Allergy shots.
