Great place, fast service ,and nice friendly staff! ❤️

I’ve been going here with my family for over two years now. They are always so organized, efficient, kind, and great with kids. Jessica is amazing as is Dr. Lee… in fact, I’ve never had a bad experience with anybody on their staff!

They are so good with my kids. They always try to keep them calm, happy and not scared. Everything is explained and they always so patient.

Been going here since I was little.now my children are their patients.they are amazing from the front desk to the last chair in the back.

They were so nice and sweet with my daughter. She left loved. Thank you guys

I have a 5 year old. He had been taking him to garner but that was a 45 minute drive so we switched for shorter distance. My son had to get some cavities worked on (which they started in garner working on) but we were told the work could continue "anywhere" for our convenience. Note my son has been on laughing gas once before and was not a fan but the nurses and doctors were super nice in GARNER and my son complied well. This office in Selma/Smithfield made us both me and my son leave in tears and I am NOT crier. YES my son started to get upset during the laughing gas and he said he needed to go to the bathroom, immediately the doctor seemed annoyed and even made the comment twice over my son's head saying negative comments like "normally kids go and walk out the door...etc" putting negative thoughts in his head. I get it they were trying to keep it real but to speak like that in front of the pt should not have happened. After we return from the bathroom the doctor started again but it quickly escalated and my son started to have an anxiety attack (something that has never happened) so they rushed to the next option and brought in a board with straps to strap my son down , in the moment YES I signed it and was trying to help the staff because my son had a hole in his tooth that they needed to finish. We were not prepared there was no comfort everything seemed so forced. When they started after strapping him down they were ripping his face from side to side trying to finish and all I could hear was my son VERY nicely asking "excuse me please stop I can't breathe please ma'am stop" her response was yelling at my son in his face telling him he needs to stop before someone gets hurt. By that time I was so upset... I yelled at the doctor after having to grab her hand for her attention because she just kept yelling at my "your son has exhausted all of my options" I said JUST LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENT PLEASE....oh yea before strapping him down they asked me to help straddle my son on the chair to help keep him from kicking. By that time we were mentally done there and my son had NO trust in this doctor. My son told me in the car mom that lady was not listening to him and she was hurting him. This really isn't all the details but I was crushed how awful they did a child and wouldn't take a step back and say even "if we have to even consider strapping him down we might want to think other or all options". I made my son a promise he wouldn't never have to see that doctor again!

This review is about the brush and floss in Selma, North Carolina. I recently had a family member go for a visit and the lady Denist yelled and screamed at the child and also put her hands on his face which left red marks on his face .... he was absolutely terrified and does not want to ever go to the dentist again!! Oh and the denist and her assistants also held the child down and made the situation even worse while saying he better stop and listen to her. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially those children! So please beware!

The facility is good just like the others out there. But the experience post the visit is what made me write this. They processed the insurance claims with my insurance company as Out of network and i had to call my insurance provider to figure this out. They called the Dentist office and informed me that these folks incorrectly submitted the claim and will fix it and let me know. I have been trying to call them for the past few days but the insurance dept. is yet to get back to me. The front office seems to be just taking notes on thin air it seems. A complete lackadaisical approach to overall customer satisfaction!

Very expensive but very pleased with their service. Have been going to them for years.

I was nervous because I moved here from out of state and this was my first visit.   I was greeted warmly by the Receptionist and before I could sit down and do the paperwork I was called to see the Dentist!  Pam the Dental Assistant was professional and friendly. Dr. Johnson was thorough when explaining what my Dental service would entail.  I left the office feeling reassured and confident.  I am looking forward to my next visit!Judy W.
