Dr. Pham was so kind and down-to-earth. He really set my son at ease with his warmth and personality, but he also explained things really well so that we felt informed and that they were taking the right steps.

They will send message to advice you if you cancel your appointment before 24 or do a no show they will charge $75 on the card on file but they will call you one hour before your appt.. you lost half of day of work .. for this appt.. they should find arrangements for them to get seem if I would cancel the appointment they would of have to me 6 months out but all the sudden they cancel and they have it the next week… really unprofessional don’t play with people time..

I spoke with the patient coordinator (Cary location) multiple times to arrange an appointment for my daughter, who requires sedation. Since we couldn’t secure a March date (full), we agreed on a date in April. She sent several emails with treatment plans, but I missed a QR code in one of the attachments that was apparently required to finalize the booking. Unfortunately, no one followed up to confirm or flag that anything was incomplete. When I called regarding her scheduled date, I was stunned to learn that the appointment had never actually been booked. They are now only able to offer a date that's another month away. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through, and overall very frustrated/stressed with this experience.

Mrs. Kait was my dental hygienist and Dr. Blanton was my dentist. I have not had the pleasure of having Dr. Blanton. I believe that Mrs. Kait has taken care of me before. I know that people do not like going to the dentist, but these two people will change your mind! They both did a great job. Have a few more cavities to fill, made sure I will have these people work on me! Thank you so much!
