BEWARE!!! Dr. Kline BOTCHED me, permanently!!! I had a small crusty bump on the side of my nose which she examined and felt with her fingertip. A few minutes later I thought she was conversing with her assistant when she began numbing my nose front and center and oddly commented, "I don't see it." A few seconds later she "punch" biopsied the ball of my nose dead center..THE WRONG PLACE, which left me with a deep1/4" diameter unsightly divot in the center of the ball of my nose! The original small crusty bump was never addressed. I did not want to ever go back there, so over time have used two other Dermatologist/MDs (in neighboring cities) who have since examined the botched divot in my nose, and both told me that a "punch"biopsy should NEVER be done on the nose. One of these professionals easily froze off the original small bump, and over the last couple of years, the divot is being sanded to reduce the edges somewhat. Dr. Kline never returned my calls, and her staff avoided me. Worst Experience ever, and permanently disfigured. She apparently has no remorse in having damaged my appearance. I couldn't secure a legal claim in this city as this derm/surg practice is part of a larger operation, and all the local attorneys and families use this practice and said it would be "conflict of their interest." BEWARE!

Dr. Cline was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and made me feel very confident that she would take care of my problem. Dr. Hutchinson was also involved in my case and was amazing.The care team was really great as well. Overall I felt good about my entire experience!

Dr. Kline knows what's she's talking about and is able to communicate that to you. She seems to care about her patients. I wish all my doctors I deal with could come close to her.
