The doctor was really nice and polite. He explained things that i should know. He asked questions i didn't know. I like that because the question asked were very educated. Thank you doctor.

at first when my son was born they did a great job. but starting a few months ago when i would call the phones would never go though. if i was to get though they would say they do not have a provider in office. needed to change his 12 month appointment because they would not have a provider in office for about a month.

Scheduled my son at 3:45pm. We waited until 4:45pm to finally give up & walk out. Keep in mind they close at 5pm. Not sure how much time they were planning to give him. Although the nurse who took his vitals was super nice, I will definitely be looking to transfer their care to another clinic.

I think it’s completely unacceptable that no care is provided when there are sick patients every office should have allotted time for sick and well patients. To tell a parent to wait until Monday. You will be legally responsible. What office has all providers on the same day. This is a chain and I will be filing a formal complaint.

My son (17 mos) has been going here since he was 2 months old. I could not ask for a better pediatrician! Dr. Scheema is absolutely wonderful with my baby! Even down to the receptionist! Hazel has become like family to us! There are fast, super friendly and all around just a great place to take your babies to!

I felt that the front desk staff could have been more welcoming and professional. Although I arrived early, with all paperwork prepared and insurance in hand, I was treated like a burden upon checking in. The nurse that worked with us however was kind and capable. Dr. Cheema was also kind and competent; however, she treated my 2 year old son’s weight as a one-prong issue based off of his BMI. Because it was too high, she said to switch him off whole milk and to limit sugar intake. That would not have bothered me if she were more familiar with his growth history (this was her first time seeing my son) and if she had asked what kind of food and physical activity I provided at home. Had she asked those questions she would have known that my son has always been in a higher percentile for weight, and that I provide a wide variety of healthy food at home and lots of playtime outside. I felt that though she was kind, she lacked wisdom in treating this “issue” (which probably isn’t an issue as he is on the cusp of a growth spurt) with unnecessary rigidity and lack of sensitivity. BMI is overrated, flawed, and can keep people from seeing the larger picture- larger bodies aren’t bad. I realize with the pandemic everyone is just trying to get through the day and do their best, and providers are so limited with the time they get to spend with patients. I’m just going to find someone that is a little less in love with BMI as an indicator of good health- particularly for a 2 year old.

The staff are very nice and my son loves Ms. Robin she is so nice!

We absolutely love Kidzcare Pediatrics!!! Dr. Robin is amazing, Mrs. Hazel in the front office is amazing as well as the rest if the staff. We never wait long and they are amazing with all 3 of my kids. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
