I've been waiting 5 months to get into seeing this guy then they call to reschedule 6 months further out. Waiting a year to see a doctor is ridiculous. His staff is rude at UNMH.

Dr. Tosi is an amazing surgeon who is really concerned about his patients' well-being and is very invested in his work and making sure that his patients feel safe, well-cared for and heard. He is so very gentle and respectful and he reattached my retina, always giving me the feeling that he wanted me to heal, which I did. I will always be tremendously thankful to him.

Dr. Tosi is very kind and gentle and really wants his patients' eyes to get better. he did a retina reattachment surgery on me and he was very supportive and made me feel better although it was very stressful for me I felt that he was always concerned and gave me reassurance about having done the procedure many times. He seemed very happy when he examined me and found that the procedure was a success. i wouldn't wish this type of surgery on anyone because it is very delicate and anxiety provoking. But if there was anyone I would feel safe going to if I had to have it again it would be him. He takes his work very seriously and is very humble.
