Very very rude receptionist...... makes me wonder how they treat their patients.. went to go visit my grandmother with my girlfriend and the lady in the front was very rude and had a terrible frown... I really hope nobody talks to my grandmother the way she talked to us... she is not fit to work with people... this is no exaggeration by all means but her face was screaming I hate being here.

This placed almost killed my mother. She was there for 2 days and left out dehydrated with fever and a whole lot of other problems I WAS THERE and saw how the night staff was rude and barely wanted to change her so she stayed with a dirty diaper for over 4 hours. The next day they brought a tray of food in and just left it for over an hour not even trying to feed her even though she has orders for feeding. I will not recommend this place at all.... Run

My experience with Greendale Forrest ended on February 10th 2016. It still remains a very negative and unsettling memory. Unprofessional poorly managed all complaints and concerns fell on deaf ears. Chaotic and extremely noisy understaffed by nurses who are largely unconcerned undesirable food served cold and patients are left to their own accord even if unable to feed themselves. I would not choose this facility.
