I love Dr. Moreno she’s great with my son but the staff are horrible. When I first walked in I understand that you need the paper filled out about exposure to COVID but I have a 18 month old wanting to run around even though I have the vaccine I understand you need me to wear a mask but she saw I was struggling a bit trying to keep him from grabbing stuff and she kept rushing me to put a mask on and fill the paper out i would’ve been appreciated if she gave me one more second I would’ve put it on. Aside from that I know I wasn’t the only one there getting restless about the 1 hour wait even if I did get there early.

My grandboys goes there to see Dr Moreno. I love her. I have never had a problem with the front desk not the check out. The nurses are sweet and kind to the boys. Dr Moreno always consider my concerns for their health.

I recommend Kate B. Reynolds to all that needs Professional and Good Care because this is a Wonderful EstablishmentThey always get you seen promptly by your scheduled appointment from my experiences and My Dr. Elizabeth Huston which I have had for Multiple years is definitely the BEST😊

Horrible. Called afew days ago about my daughter being sick was told because of her symptoms she had to due a Covid test out in Greenville because they didn’t do it there anymore then I call back the following day when her test results came back negative was told her dr wasn’t in that day to come back Monday so I called that morning was told the dr is all booked up but she can come in and wait if she wasn’t feeling better here I am now and the lady at the front desk had a horrible attitude saying my daughter hadn’t been there since last year and she doubts the dr will even see her But then tells me to have a seat This isn’t my first time dealing with her attitude I will not be taking my daughter here anymore They need to hire more professional friendly staff that knows how to talk to patients If it wasn’t for patients they wouldn’t have a business

Dr Barker is so helpful and caring with my husband. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to insure my husband is ok. The staff up front is friendly. The nurses are kind caring and very helpful.
