Dont waste your time

I cant believe this place is still open and this woman still works with children??? Do not let them take your kids in the back without you They hold your children down against their will when they get anxious and close the door when they scream. This woman lied to me saying it wasnt my son screaming like I do not know what my child sounds like. Sickening.

My daughter has been here before and not being able to go back with her is fine for a cleaning. She has to get a tooth pulled and they still won’t let me back. Neglected to tell me the treatment plan for my MINOR child last I heard I was the person responsible for her. I have every right to go back while they removed her tooth. What are they doing back there that I am not able to see? I disagree with this and being a healthcare professional I understand certain things but not what this clinic is about. We will definitely be finding a different dentist as well as putting in a call to firsthealth.

The dentist and all workers are so so nice polite and care if there is something wrong or anything like that they listen to you and be careful. Yes you might have to wait a while because they are pretty packed at times and have other teeth to clean... so you can not complain if it takes a while. They also have a TV in the waiting room with kid friendly shows so for the wait you can watch and in every individual room there is also a tv with kid friendly shows so no matter how long you wait you have something to do. And for the people saying they cant go back with there child I have went to this dentist my whole life you can go back with your child until they are around 6 years old.

I would give no stars if i could. I have taken my kids here for years and have been so disappointed many times. The receptionist is always horrible and they make you wait hours for just cleanings. They really need new staff. The dentist are nice ladies but thats about it. Waiting room is such a sad place to wait in. Really have seen this place go downhill over the last few years. I recommend you go anywhere but here. If you have a business you need to respect your customers. My last straw was waiting for a call back for over a month. So glad I found a better dentist for my kids

The only reason I kept coming back to this place is because of how nice the dentist is today broke me. I will not return with my kids anymore. My kids appointments were at 9am. My first son is not called back until 10am and my second son 1025am. My first son was getting a sealant and the second was a cleaning. My first son came out at 11am and the second at 1145am. The only thing my second son received was a referral for his teeth at a Pediactrics Clinic. It took an hour and 20 minutes to tell me he needed a referral?? My son tells me he sat there for 15 before anyone came in. They spoke to him then went to another room then came back 10 minutes spoke to him left for 10 minutes then came back looked at his teeth then went to another room and so on. I sat in the waiting room watching other patients come and in leave before we did when their appointments were at 11am and 1130am. Watched one walk out with a referral in 15 minutes. That does not make any sense. I told them that I shouldn’t have to wait 3 hours there for this. I drive 45 minutes there and back on top of that. I cancelled appointments and told them we will not be back. The only thing the dentist said was ok and the receptionist said I will cancel the appointments for you. Wow how wonderful Do you think I got an apology or anything of course not. Over the years I have recommended this place to many people. But that ends and I will never recommend them again.

Nice office. Just dont like the fact that I have to practically beg to go in the back with my 4 year old. They need to work on their policies.

I dont think its okay for my 4 year old to be seen without my supervision. It is not like they are performing a procedure they are examining his teeth.

Ive taken all of my kids here for years. They are great. I like the fact that they see young children without parents hovering it in the way. The kids learn to trust their dentist. It also lets the dental assistants do their work faster and better. I would recommend more activities like books or games to keep patients in the waiting room patiently waiting.
