List of Olga Izotova's Reviews
Dr. Izotova listens to my description of symptoms. When I expressed a concern about my fatigue, she was readily giving me a solution that has greatly helped me with fatigue. I am so glad I found her and became her patient.
Very thorough, explained diagnosis and procedure. Was not particularly warm or friendly.
Dr. Olga is a very kind and knowledgeable lady. She takes care of my diabetes and osteoporosis for me. She has a genuine concern for my health. Her attitude and personality make me feel very comfortable there. I like her accent too. Robert McCullah
DR. OLGA IS VERY DETAILED IN HER EXPLANATIONS AND HAS A GOOD "BEDSIDE" MANNER. VERY BUSY-SO SHE IS HARD TO SEE IF YOU MISS YOUR SCHEDULED APPT.
I went to see Dr. Izotova for an Endocrinology appointment more than a year ago. She was not warm and friendly. She moved too fast in speaking with me about what she thought my diagnosis was and what our next steps were going to be. I was not pleased and I left feeling more confused and I had many unanswered questions than ever and not sure I was receiving the best care. I gave a great deal of blood for testing and picked up a large bottle for a 24 hour urinalysis. I returned it to only find that it had disappeared - I live almost 40 miles away and I work full time. I was understandably upset. I received no call backs or anything. I finally spoke with my personal doctor only to be told there couldn't be a follow up because she was on maternity leave. I was never offered anyone else in the practice to see during that time. I am still having issues and when I begged my doctor to refer me to them again I did receive a call from scheduling. I asked not to be placed with Dr. Izotova again, citing my concerns. I was told it wasn't an issue and an appointment was made. Not every patient will gel with every doctor. I asked to be placed with Dr. Mays. I received a letter 6 days before a procedure I really need saying because I didn't want to see her, I couldn't see anyone in the practice. I should not be punished for my opinion and my concern about my care. Do I believe she is competent? YES. Do I think she could do better with her explanations and bedside manner? YES. Would I recommend this doctor or her practice? ABSOLUTELY NOT! A doctor's job is to heal and do no harm. When a doctor rushes through an appointment, not full answering questions and leaving you scared and concerned, this is an issue. Any practice that supports this practice does not have the best interest of its patients at heart. Please think twice before supporting her or her practice.
While my other doctor wouldn’t stop typing and looking at his computer. She was looking directly at me and listening. She changed my medicine after a biopsy. Never rushed me.
She is an absolutely amazing doctor. Very professional with a higher quality care!
Dr Izatova was prompt, direct, and listened to any concern we had. She also took the time to explain and show us what she was doing. Appreciate her very much.
What diagnosis? The diagnosis that I brought with me on the MRI and the symptoms that I gave her and asked couldn't it be blah blah blah? I am worried about my symptoms. Notice the picture beside of her. A young lady in a casket. Come on now. She didn't put me at ease at all.
Great physician with excellent bedside manner. She made me very comfortable and explained everything throughout the process.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
