Absolutely amazing!! Dr. Fasolak goes over and beyond and treats you like you're the only patient he has because you're this important to him. I highly recommend him and his staff for your needs. My experience has been exceptional. I'm so very grateful.

No bed side manner. Very rude & disrespectful in a way. Not gentle at all. Seems to only care about having his money. Pretty much said I was dumb for riding on an ambulance when I fell at work at 34 weeks pregnant & was having contractions. Will never have that doctor checking me out again.

After trying to get pregnant for 2 years with no success, I underwent fertility treatments with Dr. Fasolak. 364 days after my first visit, I had my first ever positive pregnancy test, and I am now 34 weeks pregnant. Couldn't ask for a better doctor!

I saw Doctor Fasolak throughout my entire pregnancy that resulted in him delivering my second daughter. I have Dr. Fasolak to thank for even maintaining this pregnancy as I had 3 early miscarriages prior to this. He was the only doctor that actually scheduled an appointment with me to discuss what was going on and laid out all of my options to try get my next pregnancy to stick. It was a successful pregnancy thanks to all the care and attention I received from him.

Dr. fasolak is a very professional doctor. I have had the chance to work along side him many years ago and have watched him with his patients. That's why I have choosen him as my own.
