Lost my contacts while visiting OBX from Florida and had to spend the first few days of the trip with very blurred vision in one eye. Staff at the front desk went above and beyond to help me on the matter and assisted in speaking with my doctor’s office in Florida to get me seeing again. Can’t thank them enough for all they did!

Very friendly and knowledgeable about any of my concerns about my eyes and they are all in a happy environment where they work together to provide you with the best care.

I had an emergency issue with my eye (viral infection of the cornea). I've had this problem before, so I was pretty confident I knew what was happening and what medicine I needed. This office understood the urgency of the problem and managed to squeeze me in the day I called. Dr. Jones was able to diagnose me quickly and was knowledgeable about my problem, which is pretty rare. Medicine needs to be taken ASAP for it, but the drops are often difficult to find. Dr. Jones knew this and anticipated the problem by making sure the local pharmacy always has some. Only three hours passed from when I called the office to when I had the drops in my eye. I'm a new patient, so I'm extra impressed that they went above and beyond for me. Super grateful for this office. Thank you!

Dr. Jones and his staff are amazing! With out my glasses, I am pretty much blind. I had lost my glasses in the ocean, my back up pair I had with me, were several prescriptions old and for sure not progressive lenses. I looked on line, was lucky enough to find this amazing team of people! The offce worked me in for that morning, Zach in the office helped me pick out a frame and ordered my lenses from their in house lab. 2 hours later I had my glasses!! WOW! super company!! Highly recommend them! Kept me and my family safe for our drive back home to Michigan! LOVE this place!

I lost my old glasses at the beach, but they were able provide replacement high-power lenses and frames within an hour! Extremely friendly staff as well. I highly recommend OBX Optix!

These guys saved me when I lost my glasses in the ocean. They made me a new pair of glasses in about half an hour!

They were absolutely amazing, in and out in under 2 hours and when I called they were supposedly fully booked ans they were still able to get me in and out with a brand new pair of glasses with a new prescription, and you can't beat the price anywhere.

Dr. Jones is great! I developed a worrying condition with my eyes. He worked me into his schedule the first thing the following morning and immediately diagnosed my pingueculitis. He is knowledgeable, concerned, friendly and a good listener and explainer. His staff was friendly and competent and my appt. was right on time. Thank you for your great service!
