This review is for their urgent care Dr. J Maguire. Went there on Friday with back pain doctor was extremely rude didnt listen and spoke to me like I was some drug addict. Didnt even give a non scheduled antiinflammatory shot. Its now Wednesday and Im no better waste of time and money. A simple look at my prescription history and actually listening wouldve been nice. On top of this I have an inner ear infection they said I couldnt be treated for 2 things and would need another appointment. They only seek money here.

When did people who are in the medical profession start thinking that they were royalty? Getting a doctors appointment is like getting an audience with the queen.Fill out 10 pages of paperwork and then deliver it to us and then when the doctor reviews it we will call you and then maybe youll get an appointment. God forbid you are sick. The chances of you getting an appointment before you die are close to zero.

Took my Mom to see Dr Leigh Vaughan for the first time a couple weeks ago. She saw us pretty much right on time which is somewhat of a rarity. She took her time going over Moms medical history and especially her meds and she answered a lot of questions that I had about the drugs that concerned me. She even talked about the benefits and risks of the supplements Mom takes. She was gentle with Mom but got a little stern with her when needed. I was pretty impressed by the time we left there.A week later I dropped off some paperwork that we needed filled out for a VA benefit. The receptionist promised she would call when they were completed. In less than 24 hours I was shocked to get a call that they were ready I had done the same last summer with another doctor and after two weeks I had to call to ask if they were done. I was told no and asked to come in to help the doctor complete them. He told me i really prefer not to have to fill out forms like this. Took about 3 weeks to get them backI was quite happy with the timeliness of the appointment with Dr Vaughans bedside manner with the information she shared with me and with Mom and with how quickly she helped us with the forms we needed. Everything was just so simple I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor.
