I drive all the way from yadkinville to see Dr. Waite

Dr. Waite is just wonderful. Sometimes I'm there for awhile but it's well worth the wait. He is very attentive and never makes me feel like I'm taking up too much of his time no matter how long I need him. And I'm a little paranoid when it comes to mine and my loved ones health. But he addresses my concerns everytime so I can have peace of mind. He genuinely cares for his patients. That's why, when I do have to wait longer than I would like, I don't mind because I know he's doing the same for his other patients. I even changed my niece and nephews PCP over to him. His staff has always been friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the things that are dealt with outside his office, like referrals, could be handled better. Half of the time I'm having to call myself because I don't hear anything back. Sometimes more than once. That is frustrating. But Dr. Waite is such a good doctor that I just deal with that part. I have been to A LOT of doctors in my lifetime and he's the best doctor I've ever been to. The positive far outweighs the negative. I recommend him to everyone.

Appt at 3:30 i called to informed i was out there for a covid test. 3xs i spoke to diferrent girls, they would make me wait on the line 10-12 mins . 3xs i was told " doc was calling me , wait in the car someone is coming out there". It was 4:25 , nothing ,i c/b n the upfront woman said " how come i didnt called to let someone know i was out there" she was very argumentative unwilling to help " after 4pm we dont do test" .well, i missed the time because of their lack of communication between them nurses. There needs to be more attention, is a mess w/ thrpatients appts..

I was a little discouraged with doctors today, I called to have my son tested for COVID at their sister site and was told that he had to wait until next Tuesday. As you can imagine if you think your child has Covid the last thing you want to do is see your child suffering for a week, I called again only to be told the same thing over. Well I for the bright idea to callNorthern and I could be happier I fell in love with Dr. Waite he is so personable, caring, and understanding he got my son in within the next hour! He came to the car to do our assessment and calmed all of my fears!!! He is a great doctor and his nurse is also wonderful !!

My whole family comes here because we love Dr. Waite so much! He's the best doctor we have ever had. These days you can't always find a doctor that genuinely cares about your health and how you are feeling. When you're in his office, your well being is priority #1. I can go to the doctor and trust that I'll receive the best treatment possible and that is wonderful.

I love everyone here. They're great people and amazing medical professionals.

People are extremely friendly, warm, & welcoming! Love Dr. Alexander Waite, best Dr. Ever!!! I have 25yrs of nursing experience, and Dr. Waite is so compassionate, intelligent, caring & honest! My mom won't see anyone else!!!.
