Kidzcare Pediatrics Pc Spring Lake's Online Review Report Card

I love the Springlake location! I come here and bring my 3 younger children and my granddaughter and I absolutely LOVE, THIS OFFICE ESPECIALLY I especially love Alison, she is so good with the triage, any and all test she has to do specifically the COVID, flu, and strep test, she’s not impatient and she talks to the parents and the children and makes the appt easy for us! Thank you Alison, thank you to the front desk especially the lady on the right when you come in with the ombré hair and the doc! We really appreciate you all so much!!!!!!!

Es un poco molestoso que nunca tengan cita y dejan a uno en espera y cuando me dirijo a la oficina veo que dicen espere un momento el el teléfono y se ponen hablar entre ellas no están trabajando como deberían

Me and my wife waited there for long time. Our kids appointment was not until 2:15 did not get to the back until 3 o’clock. Then the doctor decided to come in at four thirtyish. we arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. Then we also had to wait for our kids to get shots, which also took another 20 minutes knowing they close at five. If anybody is planning on using them as a pediatrician definitely do not recommend unless you don’t mind the wait time. Also, another thing if you do, choose another location with the same name, they are connected and they definitely do not call you to let you know your appointment is canceled before coming up there. They will tell you when you get there they tried to call you knowing they did not.

Customer service representative at the front desk and Dr. Torres are very good at procrastination, as well as, lax when it comes to doing their job. I drop a form off for the doctors signature on a Monday and Dr. Torres was out. So the front desk told me to pick up the form No later than that Friday. I checked Friday and was told the signature page was missing and told it would be ready Monday for pick up. Monday I came and it wasn’t ready and I was told to come, tomorrow or it can be fax to me. As soon as, I receive this form, I will select another pediatric provider for my children. I recommend parents select another Kidzcare pediatrics provider or provider, if they want competent, reliable, dependable, courteous and professionalism.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My daughter is 2.5 months old and we’ve had to reschedule her shots twice and both times without prior notice, meaning they wait until we get there to let us know the doctor is out, the one time we did go to her appointments the staff were very unprofessional, run far away from this place as possible

Excellent service! My daughter has been a patient since 2014. Ms. Kenyetta was very helpful and went out of her way to assist me with a matter that had nothing to do with my appointment. My nurse was friendly as well. We will continue coming here.🙌🏼😁

There was so many things wrong with my child’s visit. For starters she put gloves on and felt around in my child’s mouth then she messed with her diaper. After messing with my child’s diaper she the went and out her dirty hands BACK into my child’s mouth without changing her gloves. She refused to answer my questions or really talk to me she tried to only talk to my husband, to the point I was standing next to her as she examined my child and she went around me to hand my child to my husband who was sitting down on the other side of the room. Its a friendly environment but lack of staff, if i had the time i be always choosing the place but unfortunately even when i did my appointments i was waiting for more than 40 minutes each time and I can’t afford to expend that… the rest is great but you guys need to be more organized so ppl stayed

I really enjoy sitting in the lobby for an hour waiting to be called back. It’s literally every single appt. And after being called back sitting in a room for 30 minutes before anyone walks in.

Horrible place they will take 1-2 hours , this is absolutely the worst pediatrics I have been.waiting time is horrible and this is every single time we come here
