Absolutely the nicest kind and professional care for Henderson NC... We are a poor county VANCE but we are treated equal by the nurse practitioner. Her name is not going to change anything in Henderson NC. She’s human and needs to be recognized by her upper management with a picture of her and her staff that work with her. I started with Dr.Bertrand wonderful human being.... I see no comments or feedback on her that she deserves... Respectfully Roxanne Bartley Ps can you guess her name?

Dr. Bertrand is a very well educated in the field she represents. Dr. Bertrand treats you as though you are the only patient and listens well. There is always patients that want to see her and only her. She needs qualified employees working for her and a office atmosphere where the office staff supports her 100%. The turnover of office staff is constant. She needs a larger office in Cary and needs a NP to follow up with patients that doesnt wander around all morning very poor
