Don't waste your time

I wish I can give zero stars. Beyond unprofessional, I got there at 12:40 for my 1:00pm appointment for a drug test. All I simply had to do was give my urine. I had to wait till 1:45 to be seen , when ppl came after me and went before me. Not only is it dangerous to hold my urine for that long but unprofessional with 3 people behind the counter sitting and laughing. Why is it one person working ? Will never step foot back in that place .

I'm waiting in a room appointment time 9 got here at 830 took a walking b4 me and I'm still waiting on a Dr it's now 954am dr came in at 10:00 and back in 3 mins give a shot and paperwork smh

Very quick service, we were in and out in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend.

Reliable compassionate care. As a bonus not crowded the Saturday I went.

I was in so much pain with my joints and muscles, and back.. The receptionist was extremely nice and very knowledgeable and she was timely and prompt. The nurse was extremely kind and understanding, the doctor wasted no time on helping me and spoke to me about my situation. I'm glad I walk in and gave this place a shot. My first visit was very acceptable I hope I can depend on this same treatment if I ever have to go back.

A very pleasant experience when I wasn’t feeling to pleasant. I was impressed with the thoroughness and good discussion regarding the best foods and drinks to help, and those to avoid while battling through my symptoms to get better quickly. A perfect balance between nutrition and medication was part of our discussion to get over symptoms quickly, which certainly was my goal. As sickness goes, both my wife and I had a visit to FastMed at the same time (I’m sure she got me sick, not the other way around). We were both able to be treated quickly. I will add that my visit was on the eve of Easter, so FastMed was a blessing since getting in to see my family primary care Dr wasn’t going to happen. And of course, getting sick always happens at the most inopertune time. Thanks again to the entire team at FastMed, Statesville!

Once again I was out of town and needed medical help. Fast Med was close by and open. I was able to book an appointment ahead of my visit, which was very useful because I was working and had limited time. From the moment I arrived, everyone was polite and caring. Jason, the PA who helped me, took time to consider all the issues I was having and got me started down the road to a diagnosis. And he provided me with names of over the counter options to get some immediate relief. Four days later, I am much improved and thanks to Fast Med, Jason and the staff, I was able to enjoy the weekend with my sisters. I would definitely say Jason is one of the best medical professionals I have seen. Highly recommend.

So glad I took my grandson to FastNed in Statesville NC. They got him in quick and out even quicker. The doctor was very nice. Thank you to the receptionist and Nurse for being so courteous. We will be back, hopefully not too soon!!!

At check-in I was told I may have to pay for the whole visit because they had issues with my very well-known insurance company. Well, no. That's why I have insurance. Then I waited TWO hours to get my prescription that they said they sent to the pharmacy. They pharmacy never received it until I called urgent care multiple times. If I had read the reviews, I would have gone somewhere else.
