Ian Kirchner's Online Review Report Card

Rushed through my visit so quickly he could barely form coherent sentences. I thought he was about to pee his pants the way he nearly ran out of the room. I didn't get time to ask him questions. I was a new patient and this was my first appointment, and he did not take any time to get to know me or my medical history. I waited for over a month to see him from the time I made my appointment, I waited over an hour in the lobby to get into the examination room, and I would be surprised if the exam lasted more than 5mins. Felt like a waste of my time and money.

It took me over a month to get in to see Dr. Kirchner for my first visit. I waited an hour in the waiting room and got to speak with him for not more than 5 minutes. The most rushed doctor's visit I have ever experienced. He was so going so fast he could hardly form coherent sentences, I thought he was bursting to pee the way he nearly ran out the door. He was not interested in learning more about me as a patient, why I was in his office, or my medical history. I was unable to ask the questions I had prepared and felt like my visit was a waste of time and money. Cannot recommend Dr. Kirchner to anyone.

I would highly recommend Dr Kirchner. He asks questions and is very thorough in his examination. He didn’t seem to be in a hurry at all.

I managed to have very healthy eyes until 2021 when I was referred to Dr. Ian Kirchner for elevated pressure possibly indicative of glaucoma in one eye. At my initial visit Dr. Kirchner was personable, very informative in layman’s terms, and he explained in advance exactly what I could expect from the exam. In the follow up visit, test results showed that the initial treatment protocol had been successful, and a regimen for keeping the problem under control was explained. Both Dr. Kirchner and his staff are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this practice in general and Dr. Kirchner in particular.

My experience with Charlotte Ear Nose and Throat from top to bottom has been very positive. Dr. Kerchner has provided me with excellent care, always being patient with any questions that I have, and giving explanations that are thoughtful clear and thorough.

Dr.Kirchner was extremely helpful to me, he made the problem with my eyes so much better, which no one else has been able to do and for that I can't thank him enough!! He is very thorough , patient, and kind. I love that he asked me lots of questions and I felt comfortable in doing the same. If, you are needing an eye doctor, trust me, he's the one you wanna go to!! He will definitely be the one I use from here on out. I've already referred a few family members and friends! He's the best!! I can't thank him enough!!

Dr. Kirchner was very good with my daughter. The tech was amazing. My girl has a lot of sensory issues and will overcompensate by talking a lot, both her tech and the doctor listened and didn't dismiss her at all. They were very good with her and she got results finally.

Have nothing but good things to say about Dr Kirchner. Very professional and kind. Seems to care about his patients. And that means a lot.
