This practice doesn’t seem too interested in their patients and only seems interested in making another dollar without putting in the effort. I definitely don’t recommend if you’re struggling with depression.

As a new patient I found the receptionist to be so kind and considerate. The office environment is inviting and my therapist room is spacious and comfortable. I see numerous health care providers and the staff here get an ‘A++’ I would recommend to anyone seeking a mental health care provider who is patient and truly has your best interest at heart. Cassandra literally saved my life and I don’t know what I’d do without her

Please never give them your business. This was the only psychiatrist covered under my insurance and was recommended to me. Therapist was ok but the psychiatrist 1. didn’t know what an ESA letter was and wrote me the most vague thing you could ever imagine 2. denied my medication refill and last but not least ASKED ME WHAT HAS KEPT ME FROM KILLING MYSELF IF I DON’T BELIEVE IN GOD. The most patronizing healthcare experience I have ever had.

I have never had a more used car salesman experience with my healthcare.Between the 3 different websites for the same two doctors. The lack of formal communication avenues. The abrasive pompous voice for the automated phone tree system. The spam texts. The obvious nickel and dime appointment spread. Plus obvious close minded push into their preset ideas of what should work for a patient instead of exploring the new patients own coping strategies that neither self harm or harm others.
