I can never get an appointment prior to this last call. My wait time on the phone is also always greater than 10 mins. I was in a car wreck and was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen for a follow up on for almost a month in a half.

They are great at Kintegra I see Ashley Rogers and she is the best Always so kind and explains any questions I have She has been taking care of me for around 9 years

With Covid I was reluctant to go in for a while and my prescriptions were terminated. Not good for a diabetic with high blood pressure but nonetheless they would not let me get refills. They then set me an appointment for over a month out saying I would have to come to that before I could get my meds started again. Frankly I am feeling the impact of no meds now and cannot wait another month but no remedy from this place. I have to find somewhere else now. I cannot believe they would leave a diabetic with high blood pressure hanging out to dry.

Completely incompetent and unorganized. Can never get in touch with someone on the phone. The psychiatrist rushes me through my appointments like he doesnt care.

We moved from MA to NC and I needed followup doctors for medication. Because of Covid19 and the fact we dont have insurance right now it was difficult to find a doctor accepting new patients. I was referred to Kintegra Family Medicine. I called and was assisted by a very nice woman who made an appointment for me within days I was greeted at the door by another friendly person who did my intake then directed to please sit and wait to be called. Within minutes I was greeted by yet another very friendly young lady who did my vitals and brought me to a room to be seen by the doctor. I must admit the room was freezing cold but I was given a blanket and I felt much better I guess my blood isnt acclimated to constant AC ?After a bit of a wait not blaming anyone the doctor came in. She was friendly and sympathetic to my situation. I was treated in a very professional manner and I instantly knew I had found a place that I would be happy in. The doctor was warm kind gentle and thorough. With that being said I want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone I encountered. I hope I dont need too many services of a doctor but if I do I will most certainly be comfortable coming to your facility.THANK YOU AGAIN SO VERY MUCH
