Friendly service and very professional customer service I enjoyed my visit there even though they were short staffed they were friendly which made me feel comfortable love my visit and would recommend them to anyone that needs medical assistance. Very very well taken care of by them .

This place should be shut down. How do you run an urgent care with now providers on hand to see the patient. I was called 30 mins before my appointment the day off and they told me the Doctor was not there. Then she told me if I still needed to be seen I could come and be seen by the NP on the urgent care side. So I went and when they called me back after waiting 25 mins in the lobby just to tell me there was no provider there to see me. Now remind you I paid my copay which I will be getting a refund for! I just threw up my hand and told them not to worry about it and I walked out. It was very very unprofessional how they handled this situation. I will not ever be going back to this place ever again, and this was my first time there. I am also going to call the BBB on them as well. They should not even be in business. I give them 0 stars but I had to click 1 star just to be able to post this.

Dr. Mel is an awesome physician. He's very thorough and actually listens. Offers options and discusses possibilities. The staff is super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
